Jamie Peppitt
Started working in the industry in 1999 for a company based in Livingston who supplied “rollout” services to major 3rd parties like the Scottish Prison Service.

He then worked for both the Royal Bank of Scotland and the MOD on their IT support helpdesks. His time with the MOD culminated in him being lead consultant for several high profile projects.

Jamie started Bifrost in March last year and has since been building up a local client base.

  • Initial planning support for expected 750 user migration from local/domain NT accounts to Active Directory managed environment.
  • Technical team leader and trouble-shooter for a 500 PC NAL shell restricted build rollout.
  • Management and planning for the transfer of a physically separate 30 user network to main infrastructure.
  • Fast track support and trouble-shooter for a 1500 user Lotus Notes to MS Outlook/Exchange migration.
  • Design and implementation of scripts for automated PC builds. Subsequent streamlining of this process with Ghost image creation.
  • Managed transition between an in-house FoxPro database to a fully functional Royal Blue helpdesk system, including populating knowledge base with solutions to common faults and training up staff.
  • UK wide PC rollout for the regional headquarters of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
  • 400 PC rollout for East Lothian Schools.
  • Team leader for a 1400 PC rollout for the Scottish Prison Service.
